Understanding Agency View

When you log into the Katalys Marketing Platform (KMP), or click the ⚙ gear icon in the user menu, you might see your “Agency View”. This dashboard shows you rollup statistics for all Katalys Profiles that your team can access. It’s a starting place for multi-account managers, and enables you to easily select a Profile to manage.

Read Understanding Account Membership to learn how access to KMP is granted to an Organization (aka, a “team”), and an Organization owns one or more Profiles (aka, marketplace identities).

Getting Started

To start using KMP, select the profile you want to manage. A profile identifies you on the Marketplace to other users.

1. Go to your list of available Profiles ->

2. Click on the profile you wish to manage

3. Click on “Explore” in the left-navigation to interact on our marketplace

Alternatively, you can choose a new view by clicking the “Account Selector” dropdown in the top-left of your screen.

Accessing Additional Profiles

Your Profiles list will contain all the profiles your agency can view. If you are working with additional organizations as an agency, you can link your account via an Agency Linkage and help your clients manage their owned profiles.

To get started, create a Support Request to generate an Agency Linkage invitation to your desired client name.
