Shopify Subscription Changes
Your Katalys subscription might need to be updated throughout the course of your relationship with Katalys. When this happens, you may be notified by your Katalys Account Manager that you need to accept your new subscription.
This process is very easy:
Login to your Shopify store →
Click on the “Search” bar, and type “Katalys”
If you do not see the Katalys app appear, this means you may be looking at the wrong Shopify store or that you have not installed the Katalys marketplace app yet.
To change stores, click in the top-right of your screen and select a different Shopify Store.

Click on the Katalys app to open the app in a new tab.
When the application loads, you should be immediately redirected back to Shopify to accept the new contract terms.
Click “Accept”.
That’s it! You have approved your contract change. Your new subscription terms take effect immediately.
