Postback and API Management

For accounts in good standing with Katalys and assigned a dedicated account manager, you may request a Publisher Postback or access to our data API.

Requesting a Postback

  1. Review our available postback parameters.
    Modify your postback URL to include the parameters you wish to receive.

  2. Reach out to Client Support to request that your postback be implemented.
    Read how to contact support. In your ticket, include the updated postback URL for the team to review and approve.

Requesting API Access

If you need to access our API, please reach out to your Partner manager and they will help assist you in doing so. You can read about some of our API use cases here.
